The city-centre location and the nature of retrofitting an existing iconic structure presented considerable challenges:

• Severely restricted site access due to its central Dublin location, impacting logistics and material delivery.
• High demands for coordination between multiple trades working within confined spaces.
• Stringent and ambitious timelines for project handover, requiring efficient and precise execution.
• Complex Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) integration due to the constraints and unique characteristics of the existing building structure.

Despite the significant spatial and scheduling limitations inherent in this city-centre retrofit, BME delivered a snag-free electrical installation.
