BME is managing all electrical services across the building — standardising room layouts while adapting flexibly to communal area revisions. Daily site leadership allows for fast decision-making on corridor runs, risers, and bedroom containment. Early interface with EHS and temporary services helped streamline early works.

Progress

Electrical delivery is phased through to January 2027, with site works progressing and containment underway. BME’s ability to manage fast-paced city-centre projects is already adding value to the programme and wider coordination effort.
