Challenges

  • Coordinating EV charger installations across a live-access carpark
  • Managing sequencing of lighting and power across a fast-track programme
  • Integrating design with multiple specialist consultants and ongoing services installations
  • Solutions we brought to the project

BME brought hands-on coordination from day one, sequencing external services ahead of civil works and proactively managing carpark safety integration. Daily site presence allowed for flexible handover zones and early identification of programme risks.

    Progress

The project is on track for September 2025 handover, with all external electrical works now underway and EV infrastructure progressing in parallel with building fit-out. BME’s role continues to ensure smooth sequencing and long-term performance readiness.
